In connection with filling out the contact form or reservation form on the website www.icom-slovakia.sk (hereinafter referred to as the “contact form”), personal data processing occurs, and we would like to inform you as the affected person about your rights and the conditions of personal data processing. We would also like to assure you that the proper processing of your personal data as affected persons is important to us, and their protection is a matter of course. We would like to provide you with information regarding the processing of your personal data in connection with the new regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) and which imposes new requirements in the area of protecting your personal data. Purpose of processing personal data

Your personal data provided in this contact form is used exclusively so that we can contact you back and respond to your message. If you do not grant consent to the processing of personal data, we cannot contact you back.

Source of processed personal data

The operator obtains your personal data directly from you based on the completion of the contact form.

Legal basis for processing personal data

The processing of your personal data in the information systems of the operator is based on your consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.

List of processed personal data

The operator processes your personal data to the following extent: name, email, phone number, and other information contained in the message or reservation form.

Categories of affected persons

The categories of affected persons are individuals who have filled out the contact form or reservation form.

Authorized persons

An authorized person is a natural person who comes into contact with your personal data at the operator in the course of fulfilling their work duties or a similar relationship based on, for example, an assignment, appointment, election, or in the performance of a function, and who performs the processing operations with personal data designated by the operator. The operator has trained all authorized persons within the scope of their authorizations, permitted activities, and conditions for processing personal data.

Conditions for the disposal of personal data

You grant consent to the processing of personal data for a period of 1 year. We will retain your personal data for a maximum of 1 year or until the consent is revoked, whichever occurs first. After this period, the data will be disposed of (deleted).

We do not provide or make your personal data available to any recipients.

Disclosure of personal data

We do not disclose your personal data. Your personal data is not subject to cross-border processing or transfer. Your personal data is processed exclusively within the territory of the Slovak Republic in accordance with the legal regulations applicable in this territory.

Your personal data is not used for profiling or any form of automated decision-making.

Rights of the affected person

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Right of access

Upon request, you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information on how we use your personal data.

Right to rectification

If you believe that the data we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, please do not hesitate to request that we correct, update, or supplement this information.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, for example, if the personal data we have about you is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the original purpose of processing. However, your right must be assessed in light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we may not be able to comply with your request.

Right to restriction of processing

Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to request that we stop using your personal data. This applies, for example, if you believe that the personal data we hold about you may be inaccurate or if you believe that we no longer need to use your personal data.
